The mission of our Simon Builders program is to prepare students for lifelong success through meaningful, high-wage, sustainable employment opportunities.

Our program enables students to:

• Earn their OSHA-10 certification

• Earn their California State Department of Apprenticeship, Apprentice Number

• Have the opportunity to compete in local and state skills competitions

• Have the opportunity to make a difference in our community through affordable housing

• Enroll in a program with integrated core academic classes

Upon completion of the program, students emerge highly competitive for immediate employment in local construction trades, entrance into the State Apprenticeship Program, or pursuit of further post-secondary education.
